What We Do

"When Jay Nuhring re-thinks your rooms, it's not a do-over. He's not starting from scratch. He's looking at what you have, and finding a way to make it work better. He's putting your pieces together in a totally new way. A way that calms. Or invites. Or defines. Or surprises. After all, you have a story, and what you have in your home tells bits and pieces of that story. So let's put the story together in a way that reflects you best. What you're about. Where you've been. The things you love".

Mid-Century Pop Art

Recycled Billboard Paper Art.  This piece has a  Mid-Century Pop Art look.  Combination of Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.  The piece dialogs well with the Reitveld chair.  Client installation.  Rochester, Minnesota.  Photography by +Eric Melzer at EricMelzer.com.
"Point Five" - This piece reminds me of the figure/ground drawings from architecture school.  The negative background is as engaging as the foreground.  Dynamic.  Fluid.  Composed.  Photography by +Eric Melzer at EricMelzer.com.
"Yellow W" - This piece measures approximately 45" x 45".  Original campaign advertised a Boat Show at the Minneapolis Convention Center.  Saturated screen print with thick ink - very painterly.
